Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs or partial refunds may apply.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These costs are equal to the original outbound shipping rate and depend on your chosen carrier.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, and undamaged and unused.
